From the sandy beaches of Boracay Island in the Philippines to the sunny town of San Luis Obispo, Ally Padua traveled half‐way around the world to join the Villaggio team. As a senior manager for luxury boutique hotel Monaco Suites de Boracay, Ally managed a staff of 60 and was responsible for day‐to‐day operations that helped the hotel be chosen by Trip Advisor as one of the Philippines’ top‐rated luxury properties.
The California native, San Diego State graduate and globetrotter who studied in England and Australia and taught in South Korea, was drawn back to the Central Coast for the opportunity to manage marketing for Villaggio SLO. Ally says the idea of Villaggio’s redefining and reimagining senior living ignited her passion and creativity and was a perfect fit for her next career chapter. Her marketing savvy, engaging people skills and project management abilities are helping make the Villaggio dream a soon‐to‐be reality. Ally says she has the best of both
worlds: she loves her work and she’s happily living the SLO life with her husband and adorable year‐old daughter.
