Judy Riener

Judy has been a spokeswoman and public representative for Villaggio since its inception in 2015. Previously, she was involved in education for over 35 years, having earned her bachelor’s degree and Master’s in Education with a specialty in Counseling and Guidance. Judy has visited and examined over 25 West Coast CCRC’s in conjunction with a Cal Poly study her husband Ken conducted on the feasibility of a CCRC in San Luis Obispo. Over the past 15 years, she has gained a deep understanding of the various models for financing, building, and operating CCRC’s.
